Goodwill of Orange County has provided thousands of people with disabilities and other barriers  the opportunity to achieve their highest levels of personal and economic independence through competitive employment. The concept of “I am Willing” derived from the Goodwill employer / employee relationship. For every willing employer, there is a willing Goodwill employee who is ready to work hard at the task at hand.
